Middle array Volkswagen Jetta was to be a family
vehicle, created by Volkswagen for the Volkswagen Jetta
commuter cars marquee ever since 1979. The Jetta was placed to fill a
sedan alcove above the companies’ dense family car. The Jetta was in
the beginning modified by toting up a conservative trunk to the
Volkswagen Golf hatchback, and some
characteristic styling. It has been presented in a two door and four-door
vehicle, and five-door station wagon versions - all as five-seaters. As of
2005, over 6.6 million cars have been sold worldwide, over one-third in the
United States alone. Since the original version in 1980, the car has grown
in size and power with each successive generationThe Jetta has been selling
for more than five generations also known as the Atlantic, Bora, City Jetta,
Jetta City, Fox, GLI, Jetta, Sagitar, and Vento. Volkswagen named the
Jetta from the German words for jet stream.
